|Curry powder||1 Teaspoon|
|All purpose flour||1 Tablespoon|
|Skim milk||1 Cup (16 tbs), heated|
|White pepper||1 Dash|
In small saucepan heat margarine until bubbly and hot; add onion and saute until softened.
Add flour and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, for 3 minutes.
Add curry powder and continue to stir and cook for 1 minute longer; remove from heat.
Using a small wire whisk, gradually stir in heated milk, stirring until mixture is smooth; add salt and pepper and cook over low heat, stirring frequently, for 10 minutes.
