Potato And Pea Curry

Ingredients
  Margarine 1 Teaspoon
  Frozen peas 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Or Fresh Peas)
  Pared potatoes 4 1⁄2 Ounce, cut into 0.5-inch cubes
  Curry powder 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Canned italian tomatoes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), crushed
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

In small skillet heat margarine until bubbly and hot; add potatoes and tomatoes and saute for 5 minutes.
Add peas, curry powder, and salt, then stir in water; cover and let simmer, stirring occasionally, until potatoes and peas are tender, about 25 minutes (if necessary, add more water to prevent sticking).
