  Neufchatel cheese 8 Ounce
  Low fat cottage cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Skim milk 3 Tablespoon
  Curry powder 2 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Grated onion 2 Teaspoon
  Hot sauce 1 Dash
Directions

Position knife blade in food processor bowl; odd all ingredients, and process until smooth.
Spoon dip into a bowl; cover and chill thoroughly.
Serve with fresh raw vegetables.
