Ingredients
  Chickpeas 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Baking powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 Medium
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Tea bag 1
  Ghee 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Ginger 1 Inch
  Tomatoes 2
  Salt To Taste
  Green chilies 2
  Garam masala 1 Teaspoon
  Tamarind chutney 3 Tablespoon
  Coriander 1 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1)Soak the chick peas in water and soda overnight. Next morning, pick out chick peas.
2)In a pressure cooker, add chick peas, half of onion and garlic along with tea bag. Pour same water into it and boil for at least 20 minutes or until tender.
3)When cooked, remove tea bag.

MAKING
4)In a pan, heat ghee and sauté remaining onion and garlic and ginger until deep golden.
5)Add next 4 ingredients up to garam masala and simmer over a medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
6)Then, add chick peas and stir. Cover and let it cook for 10 minutes. Add chutney and mix well.

SERVING
7)Garnish the chole with green coriander and serve with bhatura, puri or rice.
