Easy Chicken Curry

Ingredients
  Onions 2 , quartered
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Red pepper flakes 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Curry powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Tomato sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chicken pieces 3 , ground with skin removed
  Cooked garbanzo beans 4 Cup (64 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. Blend lemon juice, salt, tomato, ginger, curry, red pepper, curry and onion.
2. In a fry pan pour the sauce and stir. Stir till the mixture is dark enough.
3. Add the chicken and turn so that the chicken is well coated.
4. Cover the pan and simmer for 60 minutes.
5. Stir till the chicken is tender.
6. Add the chickpeas and cook till they are well heated.

SERVING
7. Serve easy chicken curry on a bed of rice and garnished with parsley or watercress.
