Creamy Turkey Curry
|Diet margarine||1 Tablespoon|
|Finely chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Curry powder||2 Tablespoon|
|Water||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Condensed cream of chicken soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 can)|
|Diced cooked turkey||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
1.In a non stick skillet, heat margarine.
2.Stir in the onions and cook until tender.
3.Add the curry powder and keep cooking for a few more seconds.
4.Put water and soup and continue cooking.
5.Keep stirring the mixture.
6.Put turkey in to and cook until it gets heated properly.
7.Serve creamy turkey curry with breads.
