Simmered Curry Sauce

Ingredients
  Onions 2 Medium
  Corn flour 1 Tablespoon
  Stock 1 Pint
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Sultanas 1 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Cut the onions into slices.

MAKING
2.Heat butter and fry onions in it.
3.Add curry powder and cook for 1 minute.
4.Slowly add stock and cornflour after blending with little water.
5.Stir in vinegar, chutney and sultanas and simmer for 15 minutes.
6.Allow the sauce to cool.

SERVING
7.Serve with snacks or freeze for later use.
