|Shrimp||1 Pound, cooked and cleaned|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted|
|Flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Curry powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Sherry||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1. In a saucepan blend flour, salt and melted butter over medium heat until smooth.
2. Slowly stir in milk and cook, stirring gently, until thickened.
3. Blend in catsup and curry powder, add shrimp and heat through.
4. Just before serving, stir in sherry and sprinkle with paprika.
5. Serve over hot rice.
