|Unsalted butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Whipping cream||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Fresh lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1) In a small saucepan, melt butter.
2) Add in the flour, curry powder and salt. Mix well.
3) Gradually whisk in the whipping cream.
4) Over the mixture over medium flame, till it just thickens in about 5 minutes.
5) Remove the pan from the flame. Stir in the lemon juice.
6) Serve the Curry Sauce over baked or grilled meat.
