Curry Butter

Ingredients
  Soft butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (1 Stick)
  Curry powder 1 Teaspoon (Indian Or Madras Variety)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1 Dash
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl combine all ingredients, mixing well with a fork.
2. Let it stand 30 minutes to 1 hour for flavors to blend.

SERVING
3. Use as a base for canapes, as a substitute for regular butter in making sandwiches or serve on meats, fish, sea food, vegetables, noodles or rice.
