Coorgi Pork Curry

It is the regular food of the people from coorg
Ingredients
  Coriander leaves 5 (For wet masala)
  Peppercorns To Taste (For dry masala, roast on a slow fire till almost black and then powder)
  Pork 1 Kilogram
  Turmeric powder 1 Teaspoon
  Red chilli powder 2 Teaspoon
  Kachi puli 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Ginger piece 1 1⁄2 Inch (For wet masala)
  Garlic pod 1 Large (For wet masala)
  Onions 4 Large (For wet masala)
  Green chilli 20 (For wet masala)
Directions

Clean the pork and mix with salt, turmeric and red chilli powder and cook on a slow flame without adding water, until all the fat from the pork dries out. Now add the wet masala to the pork, add sufficient water and allow the pork to cook till it is tender. As the pork is cooking add kachi puli and the roasted dry masala powder, stirring occasionally until done.
*If kachi puli is not available, substitute with 2-3 tbsp of tamarind paste.
