Curry Of Cold Meat
|Cooked lean meat||1⁄2 Pound|
|Patna rice||4 Ounce|
|Curry sauce||1⁄2 Pint|
|Parsley||2 Tablespoon (For Garnish)|
1. In a saucepan, simmer curry sauce for 1/2 hour.
2. Using a knife, trim off any fat or skin from the meat. Chop the meat into 1 inch cubes. Put it into curry and cook for a further 1/2 hour.
3. Meanwhile, boil and dry rice.
4. Keep the rice in the middle of a plate. Serve curried meat in a bowl by the side, garnished with parsley.
