Minced Beef Curry
|Onions||1 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm)|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Chili peppers||1⁄4 Teaspoon, dried, ground|
|Ginger||1 Teaspoon, powdered|
|Beef||1 1⁄2 Pound, ground|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), boiling|
1) In a skillet, saute the onions and garlic in the oil for 5 minutes.
2) Stir in the salt, chili peppers, saffron, ginger and beef, cook over a medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring continuously.
3) Blend in the soy sauce and water, cook over a low heat until the water is absorbed.
4) Serve immediately on individual serving plates.
