Shrimp Curry

Ingredients
  Oil 4 Tablespoon
  Onions 2 Cup (32 tbs), sliced
  Saffron 1 Teaspoon
  Dried ground chili peppers 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Garlic 2 Tablespoon, minced
  Ginger root/1 1/2 tablespoons ginger, powdered 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Raw shrimp 2 Pound, shelled and deveined
  Coconut cream 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a skillet, saute the sliced onions in the heated oil, until browned.
2) Stir in the saffron, chili peppers, chopped onions, garlic, ginger, salt and shrimp, cook over a low heat for 6 minutes.
3) Then stir in the coconut cream and cook until thoroughly heated.

SERVING
4) Serve immediately with cooked rice or noodles.
