|Ginger root/1 1/2 tablespoons ginger, powdered||1 Tablespoon, minced|

|Raw shrimp||2 Pound, shelled and deveined|
|Coconut cream||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
1) In a skillet, saute the sliced onions in the heated oil, until browned.
2) Stir in the saffron, chili peppers, chopped onions, garlic, ginger, salt and shrimp, cook over a low heat for 6 minutes.
3) Then stir in the coconut cream and cook until thoroughly heated.
4) Serve immediately with cooked rice or noodles.
