Anton's Beef Curry

Ingredients
  Beef 1⁄2 Kilogram, cubed and boiled thick and thin milk from
  Ginger piece 1 Inch
  Garlic flakes 6
  Onion 1 Large
  Tart red chilies 8
  Jeera 1 Teaspoon
  Dhania 1 Tablespoon
  Peppercorns 12
  Raw rice 1 Teaspoon
  Coconut 1⁄2 , grated, thin and thick milk extracted
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Green chilies 4 , slit
  Tomato 1 Large, chopped
  Haldi powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Scraped coconut 4 Tablespoon
  Khuskhus 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Heat oil and fry baghar.
Add ground masala and fry well, stirring continuously.
Add masala water and thin coconut milk and simmer till slightly thick.
Add beef and simmer till beef is tender.
Add thick coconut milk, cook 2 mins.
Add vinegar and remove from fire.
Serve with plain, boiled rice.
