Special Prawn Curry

Ingredients
  Prawns 500 Gram, cleaned
  Red chilies 6
  Onion 1 Large
  Coriander seeds 1 Tablespoon
  Turmeric powder 1 Teaspoon
  Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic flakes 6
  Coconut 1⁄2
  Ginger 1 Inch
  Green chilies 2
  Raw mango/1 lime-sized ball of tamarind 1 Small, sliced
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Slit green chillies.
Grind together the remaining ingredients to a fine paste with the exception of mango and prawns.
Heat 3 tblsps oil and add onion.
Fry till it starts changing colour.
Put in the ground paste and fry till a nice aroma comes out of it.
Put in the prawns and cook till the mixture turusdry.
Pour in 3 cups water, bring to a bo!!.
Reduce heat to simmering and put in the pieces of mangoes and chillies.
Cook till the prawns turn tender.
Serve with boiled rice.
