Goa Curry

Ingredients
  Pomfret/2 cups shelled prawns 1 Medium, cut into slices
  Coconut 3⁄4 , thick milk extracted
  Red chilies 15 , seeds removed
  Garlic flakes 12
  Salt To Taste
  Finely sliced onion 1 Large
  Tamarind water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Thick)
  Peppercorns 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Coriander seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon
Directions

In a pan put onions, salt, ground masala and 2 cups hot water.
Simmer till onions are transparent.
Add in coconut milk.
Give one boil, reduce heat and simmer 5 mins.
Add in tamarind water, cook 5 mins longer.
Add in fish lastly.
Simmer for 5 mins longer.
If prawns are added, put in with coconut milk.
Serve with boiled rice.
