Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Onions 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), chopped
  Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Condensed tomato soup 1 Can (10 oz)
  Chili powder 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Fat 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a skillet, add fat and heat.
2) Add in the meat and brown well.
3) Add in the onions and celery and cook till tender.
4) Add in the remaining ingredients, using enough chili powder to taste.
5) Allow to simmer for 30 minutes.

SERVING
6) Serve over split, toasted buns.
