Curried Shrimp

Ingredients
  Shrimp 3⁄4 Pound, cooked
  Onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Butter/Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Flour 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Powdered ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Rice ring 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Serving)
  Curry powder 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a saucepan, melt butter and cook onions in it till tender; also, cut the large shrimp in half white it cooks
2. Into the saucepan, stir in the flour, seasonings, add milk slowly and cook till thick, stirring all the while; add shrimp to it and heat till it bubbles

SERVING
3. Serve in a ring of rice
