Easy Lamb Curry
|Onion||3 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Celery||1 Cup (16 tbs), diced|
|Boiling water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Catsup||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lamb||2 Cup (32 tbs), diced cooked|
|Apple||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped (Unpeeled If Color Is Good And Skin Is Crisp)|
|Curry powder||1 Teaspoon|
1. In a skillet, saute the onions and celery lightly in the oil and blend in flour mixed with curry powder until smooth.
2. Add bouillon cubes dissolved in water with catsup and salt and simmer for about 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
3. Add the cooked lamb and the chopped apple and simmer for another 20 minutes.
4. Serve as desired.
