Baby Potatoes With Cumin
|Small potatoes||1 1⁄2 Pound, halve some, leave 1 1/2 inch potatoes whole|
|Extra virgin olive oil||1 Tablespoon (For Drizzling)|
|Cumin seeds/2 teaspoons ground, 1/2 palmful||1 Teaspoon|
|Coarse salt||To Taste|
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. On a cookie sheet Set potatoes drizzling them with about 1 & 1/2 tablespoons oil enough to coat them lightly.
3. with cumin seed or ground cumin toss potatoes, then roast in a hot oven for about 20 minutes and broil 5 minutes on high to brown their edges.
4. When making potatoes for lamb, in the oven, set the baking sheet with the potatoes alongside the lamb on the same rack.
5. To serve toss cooked potatoes with salt.
