Cod Curry

Ingredients
  Cod fillets/Other white fish fillets 2 Pound
  Apples 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), peeled and chopped
  Onions 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon
  Flour 4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Curry powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Powdered ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Canned tomatoes with juice 1 Pound (1 Can)
  Cooked rice 600 Gram
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Thaw fish and remove skin and bones.
2) Cut the fish fillets into slices.

MAKING
3) In a skillet, melt butter and cook apples, garlic, and onion.
4) Blend flour with seasonings and stir in tomatoes.
5) Cover and let it simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6) Add fish in the sauce and simmer at low heat for 10 minutes.

SERVING
7) Serve over hot rice.
