|Non-stick cooking spray||1|
|Onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finley chopped|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|All purpose flour||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Curry powder||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground cumin||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Fat free reduced sodium chicken broth||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1) In a small saucepan, heated over medium heat, spray cooking spray and sauté onion and garlic for 2 to 3 minutes.
2) Add in flour, curry powder and cumin and stir cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
3) Pour in chicken broth and again stir and cook for 1 minute until thickened.
4) Add salt and pepper to taste.
5) Serve hot.
