Beef Curry

Ingredients
  Ground coriander 1 Tablespoon
  Ground turmeric 1 Teaspoon
  Cumin 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1 Pinch
  Cloves 2
  Bay leaf 1
  Vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Beef chuck steak 1 Pound, cut into 1 inch cubes
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Water 5⁄8 Cup (10 tbs)
  Beef stock cube 1 , crumbled
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Mix all the spices together and make a paste with the vinegar.

MAKING
2) Take a pan, heat oil, and fry onion and garlic until tender.
3) Mix in the paste of the spices and fry for 2 minutes.
4) Add the beef pieces and cook until the beef turns brown, stir occasionally to avoid burning.
5) Beat in the remaining ingredients and simmer for 1 hour, keep the pan covered with a lid.

SERVING
6) Serve hot .
