Plaice Curry

Ingredients
  Oil 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Onion 1 , peeled, chopped
  Curry powder 5 Milliliter (1 Teaspoon)
  Tomato 1 , skinned, chopped
  Apple 1 , peeled, cubed
  Raisins 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Cream 4 Ounce (125 Milliliter)
  Plaice fillets 2 , skinned, rolled
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Take a browning dish and preheat on power for 6 minutes.
2) Mix in curry powder and further cook for a minute, stir well.
3) Add apple, raisin, tomato, cream, salt, and pepper.
5) Cover and cook for 5 minutes on power.
6) Mix plaice fillets in the onion mixture and cook further for 4 minutes on power.

SERVING
7) Serve with saffron rice.
