|Basic curry sauce||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Brown rice||3 Cup (48 tbs) (Cooked)|
1) Break the eggs into the curry sauce while it is still cooking over low flame.
2) Stir till the eggs coagulate into strands which look like noodles.
3) Serve hot with dhal and brown rice.
