Beef And Coconut Curry

Ingredients
  Beefsteak 450 Gram
  Garlic 10 Gram
  Cumin seed 5 Gram
  Coriander leaf 5 Gram
  Cardamom 1
  Cloves 1
  Ginger 1
  Onion 1
  Sunflower oil 30 Milliliter
  Sesame oil 15 Milliliter
  Turmeric 5 Gram
  Potato 225 Gram
  Tomato 1
  Sugar 5 Gram
  Soya sauce 15 Milliliter
  Coconut milk 300 Milliliter
  Chicken stock/Beef stock 150 Milliliter
  Red chili 1
  Cashew nut 50 Gram
Directions

MAKING
1)Cube steak into 3 cm pieces.
2)In a heavy pan, dry roast corainder, cumin seed, clove and cardamom for 1 to 2 minutes. Grind once it cools.
3)Puree together chopped ginger, garlic and onion.
4)Take a pan and add both oils to it. Heat the oils and fry the onion puree as well as curry paste in it for 5 minutes.
5)Now add in the roasted spice along with trumeric and continue to fry for another 5 minutes.
6)Add in the beef and fry until brown for 5 minutes.
7)Quarter tomatoes and potatoes and add them to pan along with sugar, soya sauce, coconut milk, chicken/beef stock, red chilli and boil well. Simmer over reduced heat for 2 to 25 minutes.
8)Add in the cashew nuts.

SERVING
9)Serve hot with rice or noodles.
