Tofu Curry Dip
|Tofu||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Curry powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Chili powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Fresh parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1) Break out several pieces out of the tofu block.
2) In your food processor, add tofu pieces along with lemon juice, oil, miso and remaining spices. Blend to a smooth paste by gradually adding water.
3) Serve this dip on a cheese tray or serve as a condiment for crackers.
