Lamb And Bamboo Shoot Red Curry

Ingredients
  Onion 1
  Garlic flakes 2
  Sunflower oil 30 Milliliter
  Thai red curry paste 2 Tablespoon
  Lamb stock 150 Milliliter
  Thai fish sauce 30 Milliliter
  Brown sugar/Sugar 10 Gram
  Bamboo shoot 200 Gram
  Red pepper 1
  Mint leaves 30 Gram
  Basil 15 Gram
  Roasted peanut 25 Gram
Directions

MAKING
1)Cut onions and chop the garlic.
2)Similarly, cut lamb into 3 inch sized cubes.
3)In a pan, heat oil and stir fry the onions and garlic for 5 minutes.
4)Add in the lamb and Thai red curry paste. Stir for 5 minutes.
5)Now add lamb stock and bring to boil. Mix in fish sauce, sugar and cook for 20 minutes.
6)Add in sliced bamboo shoot and red pepper into the pan. Mix in brown sugar and roasted peanuts.
7)Cook covered for 10 minutes.
8)Add mint.

SERVING
8)Garnish with basil and serve hot.
