Curried Shrimp

Ingredients
  Large shrimp 1 Pound, peeled and deveined (450 Gram)
  Yellow onion 1 , finely chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), finely chopped
  Grated fresh ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Peanut oil 1 Tablespoon
  Flour 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Sauvignon blanc 2 Tablespoon
  Fish stock 118 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Cream/Half and half 118 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Madras curry powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

In a skillet, saute shrimp, onion, garlic, and ginger in butter and peanut oil until just tender, 3 to 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with flour to coat shrimp.
Add lemon juice, wine, fish stock, cream, curry powder, and salt.
Simmer until thickened, about 3 minutes.
