Spot Prawns and Yogurt Curry Dip

Ingredients
For prawns
  Water 2 Quart (1.9 Liter)
  Sauvignon blanc 60 Milliliter
  Whole garlic 3 Clove (15 gm)
  Black peppercorns 6
  Lemon 1⁄4 , juiced
  Red pepper flakes 1 Pinch
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Prawns 2 Pound, cleaned, peeled and deveined (900 Gram, Spot / Gulf Variety)
For yogurt curry dip
  Yogurt 113 Gram (1/2 Cup)
  Mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), mashed
  Curry powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped fresh cilantro 1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)
Directions

For the prawns, in a saucepan, combine all ingredients except prawns.
Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add prawns and cook until tender and color changes to red, about 5 minutes.
For the dip, blend all ingredients and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Garnish with cilantro and serve with the prawns.
