COCONUT CURRY SAUCE
|Onions||2 , sliced|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
1. Grate the coconut.
2. Pour lemon juice over it.
3. In a pan, heat oil.
4. Add onions and fry it.
5. Add ground turmeric, coriander and chilli and let it cook very gently on a low flame for 5 minutes.
6. Add grated coconut and let it cook for a further 5 minutes.
7. Add milk and salt and let it simmer until it is done.
8. Serve Coconut Curry Sauce with a chicken or shrimp preparation.
