Mushroom Curry

Ingredients
  Mushroom 100 Gram, wash and chop and keep aside
  Coriander 1 Tablespoon (For garnishing)
  Oil 2 Teaspoon
  Mustard seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 Medium
  Tomato 1
  Onion 2 , finely chopped
  Tomato 1 Medium, finely chopped
  Coconut 2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 2
  Cloves 2
  Maratimoggu 1
  Jeera seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Saunf seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Cardamom 1
  Coriander 2 Teaspoon, finely chopped
  Sambar powder 1 Teaspoon
Directions

In a Pan put oil when it is hot.
Add mustard seeds and onion and fry till it changes to brown colour.
Add tomato,mushroom and fry till it become mashy.
Add grinded masala and till raw smell goes.
Then add salt,water and keep it in low flame and allow bubbles to come.
Transfer to a serving bowl and Eat it with rice,chapati.....
