Dry Mushroom Curry

Ingredients
  Mushroom 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Aloo 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Methi leaves 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Mustard seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Onion 1
  Tomato 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ginger garlic paste 1 Teaspoon
  Sambhar powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Cut and wash mushroom and aloo and keep aside.
Wash methi leaves and finely chop and keep aside.
In a pan put oil,mustard seeds ,onion and fry till brown colour.
Add methi leaves and fry till soft.
Now add ginger and garlic paste,tomato,mushroom,aloo,water and allow them to cook .
When they are cooked and water is absorved,add sambarpd,salt and sprinkle water and mix it finely and cook for 2mins.
when it is ready serve in a bowl .
And garnish with coconut.
Eat it with hot chapati,roti,naan,puri...........
