Curry Barbecued Pork Ribs
|Pork back ribs||2 Pound|
|Creamy peanut butter||1 Tablespoon|
|Curry powder||1 Tablespoon|
|Soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Cooking oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Catsup||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Orange juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
In medium bowl, stir together peanut butter, curry powder, soy sauce, oil, catsup and orange juice. Beat until smooth.
Place ribs on shallow baking pan. Brush ribs with glaze and place in a 350ºF oven for 1 1/2 hours, brushing with sauce occasionally. Cut into 2-3 rib portions to serve.
