Lobster Curry

Ingredients
  Lobsters 225 Gram
  Oil 30 Milliliter
  Onions 115 Gram
  Coriander 5 Gram, roasted
  Cumin 1⁄2 Teaspoon, roasted
  Turmeric 1⁄4 Teaspoon, roasted
  Cloves 4 , roasted
  Chili 1 Teaspoon
  Tomatoes 225 Gram
  Tamarind 5 Gram
  Salt To Taste
Directions

1. Boil live lobsters. Remove meat.
2. Chop onions.
3. Roast spices and grind with ginger.
4. Soak tamarind and extract juice.
5. Heat oil. Fry chopped onions. Add ground spices.
6. Add lobsters. Fry for a little longer. Add enough water to make the gravy and add salt.
7. Add blanched, chopped tomatoes and let it cook.
8. When about to remove add tamarind juice. Test for seasoning and remove.
