Dark Eyed Beans Curry

Ingredients
  Dark eyed beans 1 Cup (16 tbs) (soak over night in water and cook in a pressure cooker allow 1 whistle to come and keep aside)
  Salt To Taste
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Adjust the quantity of water as needed)
  Coconut 4 Teaspoon (For Grinding)
  Coriander leaves 2 Teaspoon (whole - For Grinding)
  Cumin 1 Teaspoon (For Grinding)
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon (For Grinding)
  Haldi 1 Pinch (For Grinding)
  Water 1 Tablespoon (Adjust the quantity of water for grinding into a smooth paste)
  Oil 1 Teaspoon (For seasoning)
  Fenugreek seeds 1 Teaspoon (For seasoning)
  Hing 1⁄2 Teaspoon (For seasoning)
  Onion 1 , finely chopped (For seasoning)
  Tomato 1 , finely chopped (For seasoning)
  Garlic 6 Clove (30 gm), finely chopped (For seasoning)
  Tamarind juice 3 Tablespoon (For seasoning)
Directions

In a pan put oil,when it is hot.
Add methi seeds,allow to pop.
Add hing,fry for sec,add onion,garlic and fry till brown colour.
Now add tomato and allow to become mashy
Then add boiled darkeyed beans,grinded masala,tamarind juice,salt and allow bubbles to come.
When they are cooked completely,adjust the salt.
Finaly transfer to a serving bowl.
Eat with hot rice.............
