Mint Paneer Curry
|Fried paneer cubes||500 Gram|
|Mint leaves||1 Bunch (100 gm)|
|Onion||1 , cut into long slits|
|Tomatoes||2 , finely chopped|
|Garam masala powder||1 Pinch|
|Coriander powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Curds||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Mustard seeds||1 Pinch|
|Chopped cilantro||4 (Coriander Leaves)|
|Turmeric powder||1 Pinch|
|Chili powder||1 Teaspoon|
Blend tomatoes, garam masala powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, curds, green chillies, coriander powder(dhaniya) and mint leaves into a fine puree.
Add oil is a saucepan, add mustard, jeera and onions and fry until golden brown.
Add the blended puree to this and cook until the raw smell is gone or until two boils.
Lastly add fried paneer cubes and bring to a single boil. Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve hot with jeera rice/ rotis.
