chicken wings and pork sausage curry
|Chicken||1 Kilogram, wash 3times and keep aside|
|Frozen pork sausage||6 (Richmond)|
|Red chili powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Coriander powder||3 Teaspoon (Dhaniya powder)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Adjust the quantity of water as needed)|
|Coriander||1 Tablespoon (For garnish)|
|Oil||2 Teaspoon (For seasoning)|
|Garlic||3 , mashed (For seasoning)|
|Onion||1 Medium, sliced long thin (For seasoning)|
|Methi leaves||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (For seasoning)|
|Tomato||1 Medium, finely chopped (For seasoning)|
|Onion||3 Medium, finely chopped (For Grinding)|
|Green chilies||3 (For Grinding)|
|Garlic||3 (For Grinding)|
|Ginger||5 1⁄2 Inch (For Grinding)|
|Coconut||2 Teaspoon (For Grinding)|
|Cinnamon||2 (For Grinding)|
|Cloves||2 (For Grinding)|
|Marati moggu||1 (For Grinding)|
|Jeera seeds||1 Teaspoon (For Grinding)|
|Saunf||1 Teaspoon (For Grinding)|
|Cardamom||1 (For Grinding)|
|Water||1 Tablespoon (adjust the quantity for grinding into a smooth paste)|
|Chopped cilantro||2 Teaspoon (Coriander - For Grinding)|
In a cooker put oil when it is hot.
Add mashed garlic and onion and fry till it changes to brown colour.
Add methi leaves and fry till raw smell goes. and becomes mashy.
Add tomato,haldi and fry till it become mashy.
Now add chicken,pork sausage and fry till water is dry.
Add grinded masala and till raw smell goes.
Now add redchillipd,dhainyapd and mix it nicely.
Then add salt,hot water and keep it in low flame and allow bubbles to come.
Now adjust the salt and close the lid .
When 3whistle comes switch it off and allow to cool.
Transfer to a serving bowl and Eat it with rice,chapati.....
