Curry Onion Sauce
|Onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), minced|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Curry powder||1 Tablespoon|
|Milk||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
Saute onion in butter or margarine in dutch oven or skillet in which chops and mushrooms were cooked until onion is tender, but not brown.
Blend in flour, curry powder and salt.
Gradually add milk; cook, stirring constantly, until thickened and smooth.
4 1/2 cups sauce.
