Guava Ni Curry
|Guavas||1 Kilogram, peeled, seeded and quartered (Half Ripe And Half Raw)|
|Onions||2 , sliced|
|Coconut milk||2 Cup (32 tbs), extracted from 1/2 grated coconut|
|Limes||3 , juiced|
|Ginger piece||2 Inch (Grind Together)|
|Garlic||8 Clove (40 gm) (Grind Together)|
|Chili powder||3 Teaspoon (Grind Together)|
|Cumin seeds||2 Teaspoon (Grind Together)|
|Coriander seeds||1 Tablespoon (Grind Together)|
|Cinnamon piece||1⁄2 Inch (Grind Together)|
|Cloves||3 (Grind Together)|
Heat ghee in a pan and fry onions till light brown.
Add half cup water and salt, lower heat and cook till onions are mushy and water has evaporated.
Add ground spices and saute for 3-4 minutes.
Add guava and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Add coconut milk, salt and lime juice and simmer for five minutes more on low heat.
Serve with white rice.
