Potato Curry

Ingredients
  Boiled potatoes 4 Large (aloo - peel, mash, mix with salt and keep aside)
  Salt To Taste
  Onion 1 , chopped long thin
  Green chillies 4 , slit lengthwise
  Oil 1 Teaspoon (For seasoning)
  Mustard seeds 1 Teaspoon (For seasoning)
  Chana dal 1 Teaspoon (For seasoning)
Directions

Boil the potato and peel the skin mash it and mix with salt and keep aside.
In a pan add oil then add mustard seeds when it pops put curry leaves,channadal and fry for sec.
Then add onion,green chillies and fry till brown .
At last mix the aloo mixture and fry for sec and transfer to a sreving dish.
Eat with dosa.
