|Boiled potatoes||4 Large (aloo - peel, mash, mix with salt and keep aside)|
|Onion||1 , chopped long thin|
|Green chillies||4 , slit lengthwise|
|Oil||1 Teaspoon (For seasoning)|
|Mustard seeds||1 Teaspoon (For seasoning)|
|Chana dal||1 Teaspoon (For seasoning)|
Boil the potato and peel the skin mash it and mix with salt and keep aside.
In a pan add oil then add mustard seeds when it pops put curry leaves,channadal and fry for sec.
Then add onion,green chillies and fry till brown .
At last mix the aloo mixture and fry for sec and transfer to a sreving dish.
Eat with dosa.
