Bitter Gourd Curry

Ingredients
  Bitter gourd 4 , chopped in small pieces
  Tamarind juice 2 Tablespoon
  Coriander 1 Tablespoon (For garnish)
  Sambar powder 1 Tablespoon
  Oil 1 Tablespoon (For Seasoning)
  Mustard seeds 1 Teaspoon (For Seasoning)
  Onion 1 , finely chopped (For Seasoning)
  Tomato 1 , finely chopped (For Seasoning)
  Ginger garlic paste 1 Teaspoon (For Seasoning)
  Salt To Taste (For Seasoning)
Directions

Chop the Bitter Groud and wash it and keep aside.
In a pan add Oil when it is hot add Mustard seeds.
Allow to pop,Then add curry Leaves and fry for sec.
Add onion and fry till golden brown.
Then add Tomato and bitter groud,water and cook till tomato become soft and bitter groud is cooked completely.
Once it is cooked add tamarind Juice,Sambar Pd,salt and mix it nicely.
When it is ready Garnish with coriander.
Serve with hot rice,roti.
