Raw Banana Curry

Ingredients
  Raw bananas 5
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Mustard seeds 1 Tablespoon
  Curry leaves 8
  Sambar powder 2 Tablespoon
  Hing 1 Pinch
  Onion 1 , finely chopped
  Tomato 1 , finely chopped
  Salt To Taste
Directions

1: Remove the skin of bananas
2:Chopped tha bananas in to small thick pieces.
3:Heat the oil in pan and mustards seeds and hing in it.
4:When seeds start Pop add Curry Leaves,Onion and fry till golden brown.
5:Then add finely chopped tomato and fry till mashy
6:Mix well and cook on law flame and stirring in between. Cook for 5-7 minutes after that they become soft.
7: Turn off the flame and serve in serving bowl. Garnish with Chopped Coriander
Serve with Chapati,Roti
