Cluster Beans Curry

Ingredients
  Cluster beans 50 Gram
  Onion 2 , finely chopped
  Tomato 2 , finely chopped
  Coriander 1 Teaspoon (For garnish)
  Salt To Taste
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Adjust the quantity of water as needed)
  Oil 2 Teaspoon (For seasoning)
  Mustard seeds 1 Teaspoon (For seasoning)
  Onion 1 (For Grinding)
  Tomato 1 (For Grinding)
  Desiccated coconut/Grated coconut 2 Tablespoon (For Grinding)
  Roasted gram 2 Tablespoon (For Grinding)
  Coriander stalk 1⁄2 (For Grinding)
  Sambar powder 1 Tablespoon (For Grinding)
  Water 1 Tablespoon (Adjust the quantity of water to grind smooth)
Directions

Frist wash and chopp finely Cluster Beans and keep aside.
Now in a kadai put Oil,when it is hot add Mustard seeds allow to splutter.
Then add Onion fry till golden brown.
Add tomato ,Cluster Beans and fry till tomato is soft and Cluster Beans are well cooked.
Then add Grinded Masala,Salt,Water little and stir for a while.
Allow bubbles to come and let the gravy become little thick.
Transfer to a Bowl and garnish with coriander.
Serve hot with rice,roti,chapati,dosa.

my Mom will make two types of Cluster Beans curry this is second type.Another is a dry.I like both curries.She prepares really good.she taught me this curry.Thanks Mom !!!
