Stuffed Brinjal Curry

Ingredients
  Brinjal 50 Gram, washed and slitted 4 side
  Salt To Taste
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Adjust the quantity of water as needed)
  Dried red chilies 6 (For Masala to Grind)
  Coriander seeds 1 Teaspoon (Dhaniya Seeds - For Masala to Grind)
  Urad dal 2 Teaspoon (For Masala to Grind)
  Chana dal 2 Teaspoon (For Masala to Grind)
  Desiccated coconut 2 Teaspoon (For Masala to Grind)
  Turmeric 1 Pinch (Haldi - For Masala to Grind)
  Roasted sesame seeds 1 Teaspoon (For Masala to Grind)
  Roasted gram 2 Tablespoon (For Masala to Grind)
  Cinnamon 2 (Pieces - For Masala to Grind)
  Marati moggu 1 (For Masala to Grind)
  Clove 1 (For Masala to Grind)
  Coriander stalk 1⁄2 (For Masala to Grind)
  Water 2 Tablespoon (Adjust the quantity of water as needed - to Grind Masala)
  Oil 2 Teaspoon (For Seasoning)
  Mustard seeds 1 Teaspoon (For Seasoning)
Directions

First wash Brinjal and cut 4 sides .
Stuff the Grinded masala inside the brinjal keep aside.
In a pressure cooker add Oil when it is hot add Mustard seeds,curry leaves and fry for a sec.
Then add the stuffed brinjal,water little,salt,lemon juice and taste it.
Then close the lid and take out when 1 whistle comes.
Garnish with coriander and serve with Rice,chapati,roti
