Hot Curry Sauce

Ingredients
  Zucchini 6 , peeled and chopped
  Vegetable oil 2 Teaspoon (Polyunsaturated Oil)
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Curry powder 1 Teaspoon
  Chili sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chutney/Relish 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1.Boil, steam or microwave zucchini.
Drain and set aside to cool.
2.Heat oil in a non-stick trypan.
Add onion and curry powder and cook for 4-5 minutes or until onion softens.
3.Place zucchini, onion mixture, chilli sauce and chutney in a food processor or blender and process until smooth.
Pour into a saucepan and cook over low heat until sauce heats through.
