|Shelled prawns||8 Ounce (Frozen Or Freshly)|
|Patna rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Make the curry sauce, and simmer for approximately 1 hour.
Add the prawns and heat through.
DO NOT over cook or you will toughen shell fish.
Serve with Patna rice.
To cook rice, wash the uncooked rice in cold water, then drain.
Cook in a large saucepan, covering with plenty of water.
Bring to the boil quickly, season, and simmer for 20 minutes or more until each grain is soft but not mushy.
Drain through a colander, rinse in running cold water, then stand colander over a pan of simmering water or put rice in a shallow dish in a very low oven until it has warmed through.
