Fruit Salad With Curry Dressing

Ingredients
  Buttermilk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Reduced calorie mayonnaise/Reduced calorie salad dressing 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Curry powder 1 Teaspoon
  Pineapple tidbits and mandarin orange sections 11 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Banana 1 Medium, sliced to make 1 cup
  Seedless green grapes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Apple 1 Small, cored and thinly sliced to make about 3/4 cup
  Lettuce leaves 4
Directions

For dressing, in a 1-cup measure combine buttermilk, mayonnaise or salad dressing, sugar, and curry powder.
Cover and chill in freezer while preparing salad.
For salad, in a medium mixing bowl stir together pineapple tidbits and mandarin orange sections, banana, grapes, and apple.
Arrange lettuce leaves on plates.
Serve salad atop lettuce.
Drizzle with dressing.
