Fruit Salad With Curry Dressing
|Buttermilk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Reduced calorie mayonnaise/Reduced calorie salad dressing||2 Tablespoon|
|Sugar||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Curry powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Pineapple tidbits and mandarin orange sections||11 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Banana||1 Medium, sliced to make 1 cup|
|Seedless green grapes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Apple||1 Small, cored and thinly sliced to make about 3/4 cup|
For dressing, in a 1-cup measure combine buttermilk, mayonnaise or salad dressing, sugar, and curry powder.
Cover and chill in freezer while preparing salad.
For salad, in a medium mixing bowl stir together pineapple tidbits and mandarin orange sections, banana, grapes, and apple.
Arrange lettuce leaves on plates.
Serve salad atop lettuce.
Drizzle with dressing.
