Creamy Curry Sauce

Ingredients
  Safflower oil 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Small, finely chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), chopped
  Garam masala 1 Teaspoon
  Curry paste 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chilli powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Mushroom 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Coriander 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped (fresh)
  Cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Heat oil in small pan, saute onion, garlic until golden brown.
Add garam masala, curry paste, salt, chilli, stir for 1 min, add mushrooms, cover, cook for 1 min, add water, bring to boil, stir till thick paste is formed.
Adjust salt, chilli to taste, stir in coriander cream.
